Sherri Jaudés

Metalsmith Sherri Jaudes uses sterling silver, copper, gold leaf, and steel in her intimate sculptures of insects. Jaudes depicts the insects in their habitat reflecting her ongoing concern for the environment and makes a human connection for basic survival.  Sherri uses enamel, patina or even colored pencil and paint as surface treatments on these finely crafted works in metal.
